Growing up, I was the only horse-lover in my family. What started as a single horse in our backyard has grown into a career and lifestyle that I now proudly share with my daughter, Kayci. I understand firsthand how demanding both horses and daily life can be, which is why for the past 14 years I’ve focused on creating efficient, budget-friendly solutions to make every day barn chores easier.

I earned my B.S. in Animal Science from Michigan State University, where I was active in their polo club as both a player and in helping manage the herd. Feeding a herd of that size as student-ran club was time consuming, costly, and it was difficult to make sure each horse got exactly what it needed. That experience sparked the idea for THEBucket and led to the creation of Equine Feeding Solutions.

Today, we are a woman-owned and operated business, with products sold in over 30 states across the country. One practical solution at a time, we’re making life in the barn simpler.
